We contacted customer service seeking assistance and replacement of the defected accessories. The bottom clear tray along with the Interchangeable blades came out of the dishwasher warped after one wash. instructions for wash and care of the product was not clearly specific. We hoped to get a resolution for the issues we had with our chopper.
